  I ordered a cheeseburger medium. The bartender told me they didn't cook medium. I asked are they only "well done"? She said they are cooked through as if that's different. I ordered it anyway and it was beyond well done and dry as bone. I couldn't have eaten it if I hadn't asked for some mayo on the side. BWW, you can't charge 10 to 13 bucks for a cheeseburger and a handful of fries and not let folks have it the way they want. I expect this from a $4 burger at McDonalds. Not for what you are charging. Get better cooks if they can't cook a burger to order. I won't be ordering another one until I hear the policy has changed. What kind of sports bar can't cook a burger medium? Turn in your "man card" BWW.

  Terrible service, but the food was delicious!
  I had the corn dog appetizer, side salad and the garlic wings! So good!

  Though the mood was light and the many, many screens entertaining, it was still difficult to enjoy the meal as it took so long to arrive. Generally, appetizers arrive and are just being finished when the meals are brought to the table. However, there was a solid ten minute span without food. Given that our whole table ordered wings, I figured that they ought to have timing down just a bit better.
  
  My wings were delicious (I went with two dry rub flavors) but the Desert Heat was more like Desert Warm. I expected the spiciest dry rub to be difficult to eat, a true challenge. Instead, it was rather mild.
  
  I'd definitely visit again, but I won't go out of my way to visit this particularly BWW.
